One Ring to rule them all

7 03 2007

Ash nazg durbatulûk, ash nazg gimbatul, ash nazg thrakatulûk, agh burzum-ishi krimpatul. (listen)

We have a new Ringbearer too!

And as with any new ringbearer, we are now at a loss, which ring shall the bearer bear?

All you wise ones, which one rings the bell, for you?

bm – kengratchulashuns. however, why not Nokia? isn’t it the only brandname to feature in a Tam film song? “kannum kannum Nokia…” something? that would’ve been a furrpect ringtone!

the ash nazg audio is extreeemely creepy, to say the least. goosebumpy, raising-hair-on-spine variety.

qfxvegyh: (pron. qfix-vegah) Mayan god of superglue. It is conjectured that the deity’s name has its origins in the Dravidian proto-Kannada for attach/repair (qfix) quickly (vegaa). thought to have migrated from peninsular India to Central America, along with the Aryans, who, as everyone knows, originated in India, and spread civilization and culture to every other part of the known universe.

herr ludwig, danke.

see, the lack of buddhijeevees in our life is affecting our cellphone choices.

did not know there was a Tam song on cellphones. the only one I can remember are the oldies about telephones – telephone manipol, and telephone adikudu (which might actually work very well, now that I think about it).

most people working on their phd (aka people who need degrees to prove they have some grey matter up there) suggested I get a nokia – better user interface etc. so I rebelled and got a motorola.

And truth to be told – I really don’t mind having the camera (saves a lot of time, when I want to take down a number on some billboard or consult sibling on some purchase).

oh, and the ash nazg recording is from the BBC Radio version of LoTR – very creepy no? :)

naasc: acronym – Natl. Association of Amigos of Scratchy Coyotes.
